Lead technical and project management for new product and component development. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Conduct margin, volume and working capital analysis; prepare budgets; ensure financial control and compliance (statutory, tax, IFRS/GAAP); evaluate credit limits; manage reporting and audits; lead a small finance team; support commercial decision-making through payback and project analysis.

Lead regional sales execution for Electrolux Major Appliances across the South region. Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and customer retention; manage forecasting, pricing, promotions, and financial performance; recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team; build strategic customer relationships and pursue new market and channel opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally and represent the company at industry events.

Lead regional sales growth in Kerala by managing key accounts, onboarding retailers, driving P&L, leading TLs and promoters, executing floor marketing, product demos, forecasting, KPI oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Category and Supply Chain.
