Designs, develops, tests, and integrates electrical systems for complex electro-mechanical products. Responsibilities include creating electrical architectures, interfaces, schematics, block diagrams, power distribution and grounding strategies, executing design tests, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with mechanical, software, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams. The role is onsite in North Canton, Ohio and requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Partner with sales to design and position end-to-end retail services solutions focused on store operations, in-store technology, deployment, maintenance, managed services, and lifecycle support. Support full sales cycle from discovery to contract close, define rollout strategies and field service models, coordinate delivery and operations teams, provide demonstrations and technical guidance, and feed performance insights back into product and portfolio teams to drive continuous improvement.

Develop, design, and implement high-quality, testable C++ applications. Write scalable, maintainable code, create and run unit tests, follow Agile practices, and work with databases. Apply strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Lead and execute manual, exploratory and automated tests across projects. Create test cases, perform API and UX testing, develop automation, maintain test environments, document results, verify fixes, and collaborate with product teams to improve release quality.

Designs, administers and improves global compensation programs (base, incentive, occasional executive pay). Conducts market analyses and surveys, evaluates pay structures, ensures legal compliance, classifies jobs, audits pay levels, and advises HR and managers on compensation decisions and sensitive issues.

Serve as strategic finance partner to Global Procurement and Logistics, driving financial performance, cost transparency, forecasting, scenario modeling, and KPI dashboards. Support sourcing, supplier negotiations, freight and tariff analysis, validate savings, improve forecast accuracy, and leverage analytics/AI to inform supply chain decisions and optimize profitability and cash flow.

Provides supervised on-the-job training and project experience in business operations or technical operations. Responsibilities include learning functional processes, researching and managing data, preparing documents and presentations, supporting customer inquiries, checking document accuracy, performing transactions, assisting with technical troubleshooting and repairs, attending meetings, and developing professional capabilities with mentor guidance.
