Plans, develops, implements, administers and maintains compensation programs that support the company's global pay philosophy, objectives, competitive position and local practices. Areas of focus include base pay, incentive pay and, on occasion, executive compensation. Participates in compensation surveys and ensures global application of competitive pay practices. Formulates recommendations to assist with development of company salary structures, job revisions and organizational structures.   • Assists with assessment of external compensation trends, surveys and reports to determine the company's competitive position.
  • Consults with and advises HR on compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analysis, job description / evaluation and other compensation projects and initiatives.
  • Performs full scope of activities associated with the development and administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation programs.
  • Researches, analyzes, assesses and administers pay programs and processes.
  • Reviews new positions in anticipation of recruitment to ensure proper classification.
  • Audits jobs / pay levels to identify and resolve issues associated with reorganizations, contractual changes, acquisitions, etc.
  • Counsels managers and associates in resolution of potentially sensitive compensation questions and issues.
  • Develops recommendations for changes and improvements to compensation processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and philosophy. Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in related field.
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in compensation
    • Proven experience working with LATAM countries
    • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
    • Remote position (only Mexico)
