Position Overview
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute manual, exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate should be an open-minded engineer with a willingness to develop yourself and the ability to work with rather a complex system.
Location: At least 3 times per week in Katowice office required
Responsibilities- Leading testing activities across project delivery.
- Creating test cases and reports based on test plans.
- Executing API and UX testing activities.
- Developing and enhancing automated testing solutions.
- Preparing clear and comprehensive test documentation.
- Investigating failures and verifying defect resolutions.
- Communicating testing progress and key updates.
- Deploying and maintaining test environments.
- Participating in product planning and design reviews.
- Collaborating with product development teams.
- Supporting quality improvements across releases.
Essential
- 7–8 years' experience in software testing, including test automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing best practices (ISTQB Foundation or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated tests and test frameworks.
- Experience with defect tracking, test management, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with API testing and a range of testing types, including regression and end-to-end testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Desired
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or other test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based testing environments.
- Experience with SQL, API testing tools, and modern quality practices such as TDD or BDD.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 10,900.00 PLN gross
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
