Drive SME growth for American Express via high-volume outbound prospecting, consultative telephone sales, pipeline management, and full-cycle deal closure. Engage senior finance decision-makers, meet acquisition and spend targets, maintain CRM forecasting, partner on onboarding, and adhere to compliance and product knowledge requirements.

Lead product strategy and delivery for content services within MarTech. Define business needs, prioritize roadmap, create solution visuals, partner with engineering and stakeholders, support Agile product owner functions, and ensure features are tested and launched.

Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable backend applications and AI-powered solutions (including Generative and agentic AI). Build APIs, microservices, cloud-native services with containers/Kubernetes and CI/CD, integrate AI frameworks and orchestration (LangGraph, Temporal), write tests, and collaborate across product and engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and security.

Execute merchant data validation and manage investigations/complaints for US Amex Offers. Ensure campaign execution accuracy, meet SLAs, perform quality reviews, drive process transformation and automation/AI, build dashboards and analyses, manage global stakeholders, and support cross-region business continuity.

Support design, development, and enhancement of enterprise risk frameworks, metrics, and programs. Drive consistency in risk identification, assessment, reporting, and governance.
