Lead a consumer product team to define and deliver AI-powered personalization, discovery, search, and retention experiences across iOS, Android, and web. Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems and LLM-powered features for financial workflows. Implement RAG pipelines over sensitive data, contribute to shared AI infrastructure (LLM services, orchestration, monitoring), and own reliability, security, and compliance in production while partnering with product and design.

Lead digital product development by defining scope, roadmaps, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering to deliver and iterate product capabilities, manage production issues, measure KPIs, and ensure compliance with standards and best practices within Agile/Scrum processes.

Lead and grow strategic fintech partner relationships, define multi-year partnership strategies, identify and execute new growth opportunities, drive cross-functional collaboration, support negotiations and complex projects, and create analyses and presentations to inform executive decision-making.
