Lead customer engagement as the single point of contact for service-related matters. Coordinate across sales, services, engineering and delivery teams, drive action plans, report operational metrics, analyze trends, mitigate risks, and identify upsell opportunities while improving processes and product knowledge to maximize customer success.

Support component selection, new part introduction, second-source qualification, BOM review, cost optimization and EOL management for passive, discrete, connector and semiconductor components. Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for vSRX/cSRX across public, private, and hybrid clouds. Define CSP and hyperscaler marketplace strategies, pricing, and packaging. Work with engineering, sales, supply chain, and field teams to translate market and customer insights into product requirements, drive launches, and increase cloud adoption.

Drive sales of full-stack payments solutions across India and APAC for banks, processors, card issuers and acquirers. Build pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, collaborate with ISV partners to design HPE NonStop infrastructure plus payments application integrations delivered via HPE GreenLake, and negotiate/close complex transaction-priced, as-a-service deals.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts for HPE Networking (Aruba/Juniper). Drive complex, consultative sales across hardware, software and services; build pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, forecast in CRM, and close high-value deals while coordinating regional resources and channel partners.

Provide administrative support including data entry, management, aggregation and basic analysis (Excel); create reports and materials (PowerPoint/Word); support sales and internal events; coordinate stakeholders and facilitate meetings; contribute to process improvements and potentially lead small teams based on aptitude.

Act as liaison between OS Sales and back-office teams for complex renewals and new-business deals. Ensure quote quality, confirm execution expectations and TATs, validate back-office outputs, identify upsell opportunities, and recommend process/tool improvements to improve customer satisfaction and order generation.

Support and manage SLED (K-12, State & Local, Higher Education) sales programs including project plans, training, metrics, cross-functional coordination, and RFP bid management. Own program processes, identify gaps, deliver improvements, and present program performance to stakeholders. Serve as internal trainer and ensure compliance with legal, contract, and E-Rate requirements.

Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing technical courseware for HPE networking, cloud, and automation solutions. Create training materials (modules, guides, illustrations, video scripts), work with engineers and SMEs to ensure accuracy, analyze product specs to recommend learning approaches, gain hands-on experience with products, follow content standards, contribute in Agile teams, and use AI tools to improve content creation efficiency.
