Design, lead and implement enterprise identity and access management solutions, focusing on migrating applications from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID. Lead US GAAP and Swiss statutory accounting for a Switzerland legal entity, manage month/quarter/year-end close, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, maintain SOX/internal controls, coordinate audits, and drive ERP and finance process improvement projects across functions.

Lead technical ownership and architecture for SAP Ariba across modules, design and deliver Ariba-ERP integrations, resolve complex cross-system issues, manage vendor escalations, drive releases and continuous improvement, mentor developers, and ensure compliance with change, security, and audit requirements.

Recommend and specify VRF HVAC solutions for commercial and residential projects. Conduct site surveys, perform preliminary design and cooling load calculations, review drawings and specifications, present technical proposals, support bidding and project execution, and build relationships with consultants and stakeholders to secure Carrier products.

Provide HR administration and employee life-cycle support, validate and audit HR data, use HR and case-management systems to resolve inquiries, create knowledge content, support onboarding, identify automation opportunities, and meet quality and SLA targets while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

Manage accounts and develop sales strategies for data center solutions, foster relationships with stakeholders, and lead bidding activities.
