Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of talent development and learning programs across a matrixed organization. Partner with stakeholders to create online and blended curricula, manage LMS content and vendors, deliver virtual and in-person training, analyze learning effectiveness using Excel and Power BI, and promote adoption. Manage projects, relationships, and timelines while applying instructional design and data-driven recommendations.

Provide policy servicing and underwriting support for Global Casualty: register premiums, issue policies, process enrollments and endorsements, monitor queues, report system issues, maintain procedural compliance, support audits, and assist branches and clients to ensure timely, accurate policy administration.

Analyze and document underwriting workflows, collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to design optimized AI-driven underwriting solutions, translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage change and UAT, evaluate product outcomes, and support solutions from inception through deployment to ensure business value.

Lead integration and product quality assurance for AI-driven P&C underwriting solutions. Translate underwriting business needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive issue resolution, support lifecycle from inception to deployment, and recommend workflow optimizations using underwriting expertise.

Serve as the primary business liaison for Chubb’s ServiceNow Hub: capture and prioritize requirements, manage demand intake and portfolio governance, report progress and risks to executives, drive release planning and OKRs, and support change adoption across stakeholders and delivery teams.

Design, build, and productionize agentic systems: agent loops, orchestration, memory, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows. Improve reliability by diagnosing emergent failure modes, instituting guardrails, and continuously evaluating agent behavior. Optimize tradeoffs among latency, quality, and token cost, and integrate agents with systems of record for business-grade production deployment.

Investigate and resolve workers' compensation claims by gathering statements, evaluating liability, setting reserves, preparing reports, negotiating and settling claims, and escalating unusual exposures. Collaborate with team leader to improve processes and ensure timely, fair claim handling consistent with policy and best practices.

Manage travel, hospital indemnity, accident, and AD&D claims by investigating losses, interpreting policies, setting reserves, preparing reports and coverage letters, communicating with claimants and providers, and ensuring timely, compliant claim resolution while supporting quality and process improvements.

Act as Company Secretary for Chubb entities in Malaysia, ensuring statutory and corporate governance compliance, preparing filings, managing board and committee meetings, maintaining registers and minutes, liaising with regulators and shareholders, and supporting legal/compliance and corporate exercises.
