Supports current and future powertrain product engineering across component investigations, reliability improvements, failure analysis, validation, requirements, configuration management, and cross-functional design integration. The role coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customer teams; applies statistical methods and structured problem-solving; develops mechanical specifications, models, drawings, and technical documentation; and supports product improvement projects for air handling, fuel systems, electronics, FEAD, and other engine components.

Supports design reviews, concept selection, product validation, failure-mode avoidance, configuration management, and root-cause problem resolution. Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to develop reliable, manufacturable, and serviceable products while documenting design decisions and contributing to product development execution.

Performs computational structural, dynamics, fatigue, durability, and acoustics analyses using engineering simulation tools. Develops and improves modeling, automation, and optimization methods; evaluates product performance against requirements; investigates problems and identifies root causes; provides design recommendations; documents results; and collaborates with design, materials, thermal sciences, and validation teams. The role supports moderately complex components and systems while progressively developing technical expertise.

Supports mechanical design and integration of genset systems, including frames, enclosures, cooling, exhaust, fuel, and mounting systems. Performs engineering calculations involving structural, thermal, vibration, torsional, and fluid systems. Assists with design reviews, validation plans, product development, failure analysis, requirements management, and technical documentation. Collaborates with design, sourcing, quality, testing, suppliers, and regional teams while progressively taking ownership of technical tasks.

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and operations for Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems, driving daily execution, continuous improvement, supplier collaboration, KPI monitoring, inventory optimization, demand management, and team leadership to meet customer and business objectives.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, commercial analysis, performance reporting, and business-case development for ECJV. Analyze financial and operational data, identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, support pricing governance, ensure US GAAP compliance, and partner cross-functionally to improve business performance and processes.

Leads complex international, cross-functional sales and logistics programs from initiation through completion.
