We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Project Manager to join our Cummins Inc. team in Shoreview, MN.

- Manage complex international logistics activities, including coordination with freight forwarders, transportation providers, suppliers, customers, and field service organizations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOL), cargo classification, import/export documentation, and global shipment coordination processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities, Microsoft Project, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and SharePoint to manage projects, reporting, and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, project forecasts, executive summaries, and performance metrics to support informed business decisions.
- Maintain highly organized project records and documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visibility across stakeholders.
- Apply strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills to successfully manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while meeting schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate effectively across diverse cultures, regions, and time zones while adapting communication styles to meet the needs of various audiences.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support global business operations, including occasional coordination outside standard U.S. business hours to support international activities.
- Support critical project execution activities that may occasionally require monitoring key shipments, deliveries, or project milestones outside normal business hours.
- Preferred experience includes managing international projects involving logistics, procurement, financial forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional program execution.
- English: Fluent (required).

- 8-10+ years of Project Management experience leading complex projects from initiation through completion.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued at $30M+ with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, energy, industrial, or related technical environments.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage AI to improve productivity, project planning, reporting, analysis, communication, and operational efficiency.
