The Lead Designer will oversee the development of a new puzzle game, ensuring quality and market performance while mentoring a design team.

Create detailed prop, environment, and character concepts and polished 2D in-game art. Produce sketches, renders, orthos, UI images, and collaborate with art and product teams while adhering to technical pipeline constraints.

Create high-quality, optimized 3D environments, props, and characters for a narrative game. Model, texture, and implement assets in engine, troubleshoot visual issues, collaborate with art and production leads, and improve pipeline efficiency. May assist with basic rigging and skinning.
