RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining clear quarterly and annual objectives aligned with the company and studio goals
- Identifying growth opportunities through feature innovation, content expansion, economy improvements, and player experience enhancements
- Balancing short-term business performance with long-term franchise health
- Ensure liveops delivers engaging player experiences while maximizing retention and monetization
- Continuously optimize the player lifecycle through experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Monitor industry trends and the competitor landscape to evolve our thinking and roadmap
- Working closely with studio & executive leadership to set annual revenue and budget goals
- Managing key KPI’s and metrics (revenue, bookings, DAU/MAU, Retention, monetization and overall game profitability
- Monitoring performance against target and proactively adjust strategy to improve results
- Establishing a high-performance culture centered around accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Coach functional leaders while removing obstacles and aligning priorities
