Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, database, platform, and configuration issues through phone, chat, and email. Manages support cases through resolution, documents solutions, coordinates device returns, escalates critical issues, and protects customer data. Requires rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation, strong customer communication, Excel expertise, and knowledge of programming languages and data warehouses.

Manage global telecommunications carrier and connectivity-platform partnerships, lead procurement and RFPs, negotiate contracts and SLAs, and drive connectivity cost optimization. Oversee freight forwarder, courier, and 3PL relationships, support fleet mobility programs, manage budgets and savings pipelines, conduct cost analyses, and ensure carrier agreement compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain teams while monitoring IoT connectivity trends and carrier performance.

Responsibilities include writing C# and other software, contributing to architecture and design, performing code reviews and troubleshooting, developing prototypes, documenting requirements, mentoring junior developers, researching technologies, supporting technical users, and participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Develop scalable, secure, high-performance software for a global telematics platform processing real-time vehicle and device data. Responsibilities include writing C# code, designing systems and APIs, reviewing code, troubleshooting performance and bugs, documenting technical solutions, mentoring junior developers, researching technologies, supporting technical issues, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Manage and grow Geotab’s partner accounts by driving revenue, unit sales, profitability, and market share. Enable partners through training, tools, demonstrations, and co-marketing initiatives; forecast account metrics in Salesforce; coordinate with internal teams on sales strategies, RFPs, implementations, and product feedback; and conduct business reviews. The role also develops partner relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, attends industry events, and requires international travel across the UK and Ireland.

Develop and maintain high-performance telematics software using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Design applications, translate use cases into functionality, perform test-driven and security-driven development, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance and software defects, and build prototypes and proofs of concept. Collaborate with technical teams on scalable, reliable system architecture while documenting solutions and managing multiple priorities.
