Designs and implements data processes and solutions for purchasing: aggregates structured and unstructured data, performs statistical analysis, builds dashboards, queries, and algorithms using Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform tools, and delivers reports and insights to influence business decisions.

Lead and drive digital transformation using Industry 4.0/5.0 principles and programming. Provide technical leadership, manage projects, promote innovation and continuous improvement, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, solve complex problems, and focus on human–machine collaboration and user-centered solutions.

Perform 3D FEM modeling and durability analysis of transmission and powertrain components using Altair HyperWorks suite. Preprocess geometry, define boundary conditions, run simulations (Abaqus, FEMFAT), interpret results, produce reports, and provide design optimization recommendations.

Design and develop automotive components and assemblies using 2D/3D CAD. Support concept studies, perform basic engineering calculations and kinematic studies, apply GD&T, collaborate cross-functionally, manage CAD data and changes, and support CAE-driven optimization.

Plan and develop end-to-end logistics processes including packaging and intralogistics. Lead logistics projects from offer phase through serial production and ramp-down. Support industrialization, ramp-up, series optimization, material-flow and automation projects (including AMR). Specify packaging solutions and manage external packaging suppliers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve factory logistics and production planning.

Coordinate and ensure on-time shipments for production and spare parts via daily shipment schedules, EDI billing, forecasting customer requirements, managing empty equipment availability, and enforcing shipping area processes and warehouse administration.

Develop and maintain long- and short-range forecasts, master schedules, and procurement plans. Optimize inventory, safety stock, and lead times through MRP/BAAN/Excel tools. Coordinate new product introductions, manage MRP exceptions, resolve material shortages, and drive process improvements with Operations and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate and maintain die program documentation; manage external design vendors and internal/customer design reviews; release designs for manufacturing; support tooling, FEA, sales and program management; define machining processes; support packaging studies and QMS procedures; drive continuous improvement and QAS re-work processes; perform die design/changes and provide technical support across manufacturing and engineering functions.

Support environmental management by updating and archiving safety data sheets, maintaining hazardous substance registers, verifying approvals for operating materials, managing usage/declaration records, and compiling inventories of active and retired operating substances.

Manage all plant accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, inventory/product costing, variance analysis, and provide financial analysis to support operational and capital decisions. Lead accounting staff, drive process improvements, implement reporting tools and dashboards, and partner with plant and corporate teams to monitor cash flow and plant performance.
