Als Logistikplaner (m/w/x) bist du für die ganzheitliche Planung und Weiterentwicklung der Logistikprozesse verantwortlich – inklusive Verpackung und Intralogistik. Du übernimmst außerdem die Leitung von Logistikprojekten und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Werksorganisation mit.
Deine Aufgaben:
• Logistikplanung für Kundenprojekte (Angebotsphase bis Serienbetreuung und Serienauslauf)
- Entwicklung von Logistikkonzepten
- Industrialisierung logistischer Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei Anlaufprozessen und Serienoptimierung
• Mitarbeit bei internen Logistikprojekten
- Umsetzung in Abstimmung mit der Werksorganisation
- Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungs- und Maschinenplanungsprojekten
- Fokus auf Materialsflussoptimierung, Automatisierung und AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots)
- Industrialisierung logistischer Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei Anlaufprozessen und Serienoptimierung
• Verpackungsplanung & Lieferantenmanagement
- Planung und Spezifikation von Verpackungslösungen in Abstimmung mit externen
Verpackungslieferanten
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Wonach wir suchen:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik (LAP, HTL, FH oder Studium)
• Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der Logistikplanung, Erfahrung in der Verpackungsplanung von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie Tools wie MS Excel, Power BI oder vergleichbarer Software
• Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Worauf du dich freuen kannst:
Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Der Bruttomonatslohn (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.396,21. Eine Überzahlung aufgrund von entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist bei uns gelebte Praxis.
