Plan and develop end-to-end logistics processes including packaging and intralogistics. Lead logistics projects from offer phase through serial production and ramp-down. Support industrialization, ramp-up, series optimization, material-flow and automation projects (including AMR). Specify packaging solutions and manage external packaging suppliers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve factory logistics and production planning.

Job Responsibilities:

Als Specialist Logistics Planning bist du verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Planung und Weiterentwicklung der Logistikprozesse über alle Bereiche hinweg – inklusive Verpackung und Intralogistik. Du übernimmst die Leitung von Logistikprojekten und unterstützen aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Werksorganisation.

Folgende Tätigkeiten gehören zu deinem Aufgabengebiet:

Logistikplanung für Kundenprojekte (Angebotsphase bis Serienbetreuung und Serienauslauf)

  • Entwicklung von Logistikkonzepten
  • Industrialisierung logistischer Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei Anlaufprozessen und Serienoptimierung

Mitarbeit in internen Logistikprojekten

  • Umsetzung gemäß Werksorganisation und OKRs
  • Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungs- und Maschinenplanungsprojekten
  • Fokus auf Themen wie Materialflussoptimierung, Automatisierung und AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots)

Verpackungsplanung & Lieferantenmanagement

  • Planung und Spezifikation von Verpackungslösungen in Abstimmung mit externen Verpackungslieferanten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholder

Wonach wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik (mind. LAP, HTL, FH oder Studium)
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der Logistikplanung, Erfahrung in der Verpackungsplanung von Vorteil   
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie Tools wie MS Excel, Power BI oder vergleichbarer Software
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen

Das bieten wir

Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Bruttogehalt nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.396,21. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.

Skills Required

  • Completed logistics qualification (LAP, HTL, FH or degree)
  • Several years of solid experience in logistics planning
  • Experience in packaging planning
  • Proficient with SAP
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI or comparable software
  • Analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness and resilience under stress
