Provide applications development support for Surfscan SPx wafer inspection products: develop test cases, characterize defects and algorithms, support customer application implementation, deliver product demonstrations, and give feedback to engineering during Alpha/Beta tests to improve tool and algorithm performance.

Lead development of high-performance machine control software for wafer inspection and review products. Analyze and optimize system performance, develop prototypes, implement hardware-optimized algorithms, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver end-to-end software from requirements to delivery.

Support hands-on implementation, operation, and optimization of semiconductor inspection systems. Perform tool bring-up, preventive maintenance, vacuum system diagnostics, data analysis (SPC/DOE), troubleshooting, subsystem integration, and support manufacturing ramp and yield improvement alongside cross-functional teams.

Perform system integration, testing, characterization, and validation for semiconductor metrology products. Lead system-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, experiments, DOE/ANOVA studies, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with hardware, software, algorithm, and applications teams; support manufacturing builds, customer installations, qualification, and field investigations. Develop troubleshooting methodologies, test procedures, and technical documentation.

Lead complex multidisciplinary semiconductor metrology product programs across full lifecycle. Define and execute program plans, align cross-functional teams, enable manufacturing/service readiness, drive field engagement, and report to senior leadership.

Lead a worldwide technical support team to resolve complex optical and electromechanical equipment failures. Remove obstacles, coach engineers and supervisors, coordinate cross-functional consultations, ensure documentation of diagnostics/resolutions, and provide customer updates for critical issues.

Lead daily network operations across LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN/wireless/cloud for global sites. Mentor engineers, manage incidents, drive troubleshooting/root cause, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and lead network modernization, automation, and reporting efforts.

Design and develop next-generation wafer inspection systems: translate customer requirements into system configurations, define error budgets, create and execute prototype test plans, collaborate across functions for integration and product launch, support customers and manufacturing to resolve system issues, and apply optics, imaging, electronics, signal processing, statistical analysis and simulation techniques. AI/deep learning experience preferred; project management skills a plus.

Design and develop mixed-signal electrical subsystems for instrumented wafer products, including analog/digital circuitry, sensor interfaces, ADCs, microcontrollers, power management, schematics/PCB development, validation and characterization, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and cross-disciplinary collaboration from concept through production.

Provide customer-facing application support for semiconductor optical inspection systems: run product demonstrations and characterizations, diagnose yield issues, train customers and field teams, document test results and best practices, and communicate feedback to engineering to improve products during alpha/beta and ramp phases.
