Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
As a Technical Program Manager at KLA, you will lead complex multidisciplinary products throughout their entire lifecycle—from product definition and development through proliferation, high-volume manufacturing, and sustaining phases.
You will drive programs in accordance with KLA's Product Lifecycle (PLC) processes and guidelines, ensuring alignment with quality standards, organizational strategy, and product objectives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Corporate functions, to define program plans and successfully execute them within established timelines and budgets.
You will play a key role in driving field engagement activities and fostering alignment with business units and end customers to support successful product adoption and execution.
Additionally, you will partner with Manufacturing and Service teams to establish the infrastructure, tools, and procedures required to enable product assembly, installation, and service delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Engineering or a Scientific discipline - must
- 8+ years of experience in the development of multidisciplinary systems integrating optics, electronics, algorithms, motion control, and software.
- Strong understanding of System Engineering principles.
- Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present to senior leadership levels.
