Designs electrical systems for Ford facilities and buildings, providing subject matter expertise on building codes, regulations, technologies, sustainability, and construction methods. Supports master planning, scope development, design reviews, construction documents, and project execution. Collaborates with architectural and engineering firms, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and standardized facility designs delivered on time and within budget.

Designs, develops, and implements Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity solutions for onboarding, quoting, and service workflows. Builds applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow; develops REST and SOAP integrations, data transformations, migrations, validations, and automation. Supports CI/CD, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, technical documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Design, release, and deliver body exterior components for Ford Racing performance vehicles. Manage quality, cost, weight, function, and timing milestones; coordinate suppliers and purchasing; ensure regulatory compliance; and develop solutions through CAD, CAE analysis, fabrication, and testing. Support prototype and launch builds, issue resolution, design changes, production quality, and cost optimization while collaborating with core engineering teams.

Manage global supply constraints by analyzing demand and supply, developing allocation and interim support plans, coordinating purchasing and suppliers, and leading global constraints forums. Partner with sales, scheduling, operations planning, and cross-functional teams to manage demand, production availability, part delivery, premium freight, and executive reporting. Drive decisions and allocations across regions while supporting production requirements.

Manages portfolio governance, planning, reporting, methodologies, playbooks, dashboards, readiness frameworks, and knowledge management for HR mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and new business initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, risks, dependencies, decisions, vendors, and executive governance. Provides program-management support, process improvement, operational design, readiness, change, implementation, and stabilization support while improving reusable practices and execution discipline without direct authority.

Owns power module mechanical design and integration into electric vehicle inverter assemblies from concept through production. Responsibilities include defining requirements, creating CAD models and drawings, validating mechanical, thermal, and electrical interfaces, conducting AQG-324 reliability testing, developing lifetime models, collaborating with semiconductor suppliers and manufacturing teams, and leading process development, design verification, and validation activities.

Performs 3D CFD and thermal analysis of vehicle air-handling components, including ductwork, registers, HVAC units, and airflow paths. Develops optimized systems for energy efficiency and occupant comfort, conducts physical testing and model correlation, evaluates modeling technologies with vendors, and communicates simulation results across engineering and design teams. Also supports requirements, specifications, quality documentation, and development of interior airflow technologies.

Manage payroll service center operations, including payroll-to-bank interfaces, paper checks, stop-pay requests, final pay, funding validation, vendor payments, variance analysis, and aged check monitoring. Lead and develop payroll staff, maintain service-level performance, resolve escalated issues, ensure compliance and confidentiality, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on payroll processes, reporting, and system integrations.

Develop and deploy Model-Based Systems Engineering tools, methods, processes, and virtual vehicle verification capabilities globally. Create modeling and simulation tools, user interfaces, documentation, training materials, and automated CI/CD pipelines. Support requirements validation, code generation, CarMaker vehicle modeling, Simulink integration, and evaluation of new MBSE technologies.

Owns Ford HPCC and TCU components throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Leads ECU integration across hardware, software, validation, manufacturing, cybersecurity, suppliers, and service teams. Responsibilities include supplier management, bench and lab-car validation, root-cause resolution, verification planning, change and release control, diagnostics, factory programming, launch readiness, and post-launch support. Requires extensive automotive embedded systems experience, ECU ownership, diagnostics, functional safety, and cross-functional leadership.
