Designs, builds, and executes standardized technical and production training systems for a manufacturing plant. Conducts needs assessments, develops materials with SMEs, maintains training records and audits, coaches trainers, measures effectiveness, and advises management to improve safety, quality, and production training.

Lead BI and intelligent automation efforts for Pressure Management: gather and translate requirements, coordinate global implementations, support development and UAT, troubleshoot systems, build training materials, and standardize reports and dashboards while driving continuous improvement.

Forecast consolidation, optimize lot sizes and stocking programs, eliminate non-value-add activities, coordinate with suppliers, materials management and SQE to resolve quality and delivery issues, and support lead-time reduction initiatives. Travel up to 25%.

Design, build, and maintain Oracle APEX applications, Spring Boot REST APIs, and React front-end components for global learning platforms. Implement PL/SQL for reporting, integrate third-party LMS APIs, follow SDLC and CI/CD (Azure DevOps), troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile delivery to meet platform reliability and performance goals.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications (Visualforce, Apex, Flows, SOQL). Develop/maintain REST API integrations with Oracle DB, write SQL/PL-SQL, configure Knowledge Articles and Case Management, follow SDLC and Agile, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, and participate in CI/CD using Azure DevOps.

Plan and coordinate complex customer orders end-to-end to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor orders in ERP, schedule and prioritize production, optimize capacity, support new system introductions, track manufacturing progress, coordinate cross-functional teams (production, procurement, logistics, customer service), and manage escalations for critical customer orders.
