In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design, build, and execute a comprehensive training system for manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain a standardized approach to operations and technical training across departments.
- Develop and sustain production training programs, including training materials, trainer/trainee engagement, and effectiveness tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation and digital training records, including training matrices.
- Establish and manage audit systems to verify compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Conduct plant-wide training needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
- Implement scalable processes and systems to address training needs and close capability gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs across production areas.
- Identify and apply effective training methods and learning tools, including hands-on and digital approaches.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on employee performance and skill development.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to trainers and employees to support development.
- Monitor and direct trainers performing production training activities.
- Advise leadership on training opportunities and recommend action plans for improvement.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously enhance training programs.
- Support training delivery across shifts as needed.
- Lead initiatives to improve training processes and drive operational excellence.
