Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing borrower and third-party documentation, ensuring application accuracy and underwriting readiness, communicating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, closers, vendors, and referral sources, maintaining mortgage guideline knowledge, managing deadlines, and supporting broker-channel fulfillment while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Troubleshoot complex escalations, perform root-cause analysis, support audits, manage application security and governance, and lead technical execution for application projects and onboarding. Partner with business, engineering, security, IAM, vendors, and operations teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions while improving documentation, controls, processes, and platform capabilities.

Implement and monitor pricing strategies across consumer lending: translate strategy into technical specs, maintain audit trails, collaborate with engineering, validate data pipelines, build automated controls and Tableau dashboards, support risk management, and coordinate execution with internal and external partners.

Lead tax information reporting and withholding compliance across domestic and international frameworks, including FATCA, CRS, CARF, DAC7, and U.S. tax rules. Advise product teams on digital asset reporting, oversee tax documentation, withholding, remittance, and annual filings, and partner with technology and operations teams on automated workflows. Lead audits, risk remediation, policy updates, regulatory monitoring, and business requirements development for tax systems.

Perform 1LOD transactional and supplier oversight testing, build and expand test scripts, analyze multi-source data, document findings, communicate risk implications, mentor and train analysts, and partner with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions and regulatory alignment.

Support vulnerability identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and reporting across applications and infrastructure. Conduct security reviews, assist with application security and red-team activities, support audits and regulatory compliance, coordinate remediation with system owners, and maintain vulnerability-management tools and documentation. The role also involves scripting, automation, risk assessment, and communicating security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
