Provides hands-on Oracle EPM or ERP expertise, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, manages vendors and Oracle Support, leads executive reviews, and drives continuous service improvement. This is a fully remote role serving clients in the U.S. or Canada.

Manage Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and managed-services engagements. Lead delivery teams, build client relationships, oversee transitions using managed-services frameworks, and mentor junior staff. Plan and deliver technology solutions aligned to client goals; flexible U.S./Canada location with U.S. travel as needed.

Lead and deliver Workday Benefits implementations as a Consulting Manager: plan and execute full lifecycle projects, advise clients on benefits processes and best practices, mentor junior staff, present to leadership or conferences, manage timelines and decisions, and travel to client sites as needed.

Implement and support Workday integrations across HCM, Financials, and Academic domains. Design, build, and test integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, web services, XML/XSLT. Contribute to project deliverables, identify and escalate risks, mentor junior staff, and support client engagements including travel and extended hours as needed.

Lead ServiceNow business-process engagements: run workshops, define future-state processes, document user stories and acceptance criteria, demo out-of-box functionality, coach UAT, support configuration with technical leads, assist project planning and hybrid Waterfall/Scrum delivery, develop metrics/KPIs, and communicate recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Travel to client sites up to 30% and pursue ongoing ServiceNow certification and training.
