Three-year rotational leadership development program for engineering graduates. The program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, communication, project planning, continuous improvement, and progression toward people leadership.

Processes and validates invoices, including non-PO invoices, codes and matches transactions, reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, and reviews payment runs. Supports month-end closing, maintains data accuracy, handles basic internal and external queries, and completes ad hoc accounting tasks. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, finance or economics education, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and basic ERP knowledge.

Reviews customer specifications, develops and maintains bills of material, supports technical documentation, and manages nuclear compliance throughout the order lifecycle. Collaborates with manufacturing, planning, purchasing, drafting, and order management teams to ensure accurate engineering deliverables and manufacturing execution. The role requires strong technical problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with opportunities to develop expertise in nuclear codes, traceability, valve applications, and complex engineered products.

Analyze financial information and prepare reports; perform month-end closings, general ledger analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations; prepare SOX controls; manage vendor/customer communications on fixed assets; assist issue resolution affecting month-end close; support SOP creation and provide daily/monthly reporting and team support.

Provides strategic financial analysis, planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and financial modeling to support operational leadership. Identifies risks, opportunities, and improvement actions related to revenue, margins, working capital, cash flow, and financial targets. Ensures accurate reporting under US GAAP, strengthens cross-functional relationships, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and communicates performance results. The role also partners with site and corporate teams in an international manufacturing environment.

Supervises engineering teams supporting global business units, allocating work, monitoring performance, reviewing deliverables, and coaching engineers. Leads engineering projects, continuous improvement, product development, standardization, and resource utilization initiatives. Collaborates with global leaders to meet technical, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction goals. Oversees training, performance reviews, engineering tools, change processes, and mentoring for new employees.

Manage Original Equipment projects from receipt through cash collection, ensuring compliance, effective communication and risk management, and maintaining project documentation.

Design and engineer pump packages, components, and hydraulic assemblies using 2D/3D CAD. Prepare drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation; ensure manufacturability, GD&T compliance, and safety. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and project teams; manage drawing release workflows, support continuous improvement, and mentor junior designers.

Design and develop pump packages, components, and hydraulic assemblies using 2D/3D CAD. Produce drawings, models, BOMs, and release documentation. Ensure safety, manufacturability, and compliance with GD&T and standards (ASME, API, DIN). Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and project teams; support continuous improvement, standardization, and mentor junior staff.

Design and develop pump packages, components, hydraulic systems and assemblies using 2D/3D CAD (primarily SolidWorks). Produce engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Apply GD&T, ANSI Y14.5, ASME/API/DIN standards and DFM principles. Release drawings via Nexus and support BOMs in Oracle. Collaborate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, mentor junior staff, and ensure safety and quality across designs.
