Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned Original Equipment projects.
Manage the project portfolio from Purchase Order receipt through Cash Collection. Accountable for on-time delivery of backlog, cash flow, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure full compliance with the contractual scope of supply, delivering according to contractual timelines and technical specifications.
Maintain clear and proactive communication, building strong customer relationships that reflect Flowserve’s Purpose, Values, and Behaviors.
Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional project team members.
Lead risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle, applying continuous improvement and Lessons Learned practices.
Ensure proper management and completion of all project documentation.
Requirements
B.S. degree in Engineering required, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent) will be highly valued.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong ability to manage complex situations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred technical knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related applications.
High proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to travel, approximately 15% of the time.
