Role Summary:
The Finance Business Partner provides strategic financial insights, planning, and performance analysis to support leadership in driving operational and business results. The role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, informed decision‑making, and continuous improvement across financial processes.
Your role:
Provide business and financial analysis identifying important trends to assist Operations in achieving its objectives.
Analyze key metrics and provide insights and value-added analysis to leadership regarding revenue, margins, competitive landscape, products, customers, capital investments, etc
Develop financial models that support analysis and lead to business understanding and decision-making.
Make recommendations for potential improvements and identify potential risks and opportunities to financial targets.
Assist in standardization of Financial performance management including the annual budgeting, monthly forecasts and communication of results
Identify and develop key actions in partnership with the site team required to achieve forecast targets.
Drive processes and initiatives to reduce primary working capital and maximize operating cash flow.
Provide timely and accurate financial information in compliance with US GAAP and company policies, procedures and controls.
Meet all reporting deadlines with accurate and complete data.
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and corporate functions and all levels of the organization.
In collaboration with the management team, ensure actions are clearly identified, continuous improvement projects are executed and delivered to meet objectives. Provide regular updates on performance and actions to achieve objectives.
Your profile:
At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced education preferred
Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in an international business environment, ideally in manufacturing
Excellent English and German communication skills
Preferably experience with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) in a multinational environment
Experience with ERP and planning systems, preferably SAP ERP and SAP BPC (or comparable tools)
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%
