The Sales Support Representative prepares price quotes, verifies customer orders, and supports the sales team to maximize sales bookings and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical product expertise for valve solutions, prepare and price quotations, size and specify valves to customer requirements, generate purchase order transfer files, support sales and participate in international bid meetings, and collaborate with sales, development, and specialist teams.

Develops technical and commercial solutions for industrial customers and partners. Evaluates requests, prepares solution proposals and cost calculations, creates technical and commercial offers, and manages order acceptance, review, and preparation. Works as a product specialist alongside sales, development, and other specialist teams while supporting clients from the office.

Prepare techno-commercial quotations and technical documentation for reliability seal systems and rotating equipment. Review specifications, P&IDs, instrumentation requirements, bid terms, warranties, and customer conditions. Select components and field instruments, develop cost estimates, coordinate internal resources and suppliers, respond to technical queries, manage multiple bids, and transfer compliant orders to operations. The role requires knowledge of API standards, instrumentation engineering, project coordination, commercial processes, and customer communication.

Leads IT SOX compliance and audit activities, including testing IT general and automated controls, risk assessments, walkthroughs, evidence review, deficiency evaluation, and remediation. Audits SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise applications, assessing access security, change management, interfaces, batch jobs, and configurations. Partners with IT, Finance, business owners, and external auditors to support financial reporting controls, system transformations, and annual SOX requirements.

Supports aftermarket pump-part quotations for the APAC team by reviewing technical inquiries, assessing specifications, determining costs and sales prices, preparing proposals, coordinating with sales, engineering, planning, suppliers, and customers, and managing bids through fulfillment kickoff. The role also ensures SAP approvals, proposal-log compliance, on-time submissions, technical reviews, and support for customer presentations and project kickoffs.

Responsible for end-to-end supplier quality assurance of electrical and instrumentation equipment, including motors, VFDs, transformers, PLCs, control panels, and hazardous-area equipment. Conducts supplier and incoming inspections, witnesses testing and FATs, verifies IEC and Ex compliance, reviews quality documentation, maintains traceability, raises and closes NCRs, coordinates corrective actions, audits suppliers, and supports final inspection release and dossier completion.

Leads SAP, ERP, and enterprise application initiatives from scope definition through delivery. Owns timelines, dependencies, risks, requirements, testing, training, stakeholder coordination, integrations, and end-user support. Analyzes and improves business processes, drives standardization across manufacturing sites, and partners with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Perform month-end close, inventory and purchasing reconciliations, accounts receivable close, project accounting, margin and sales analysis, journal processing, fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and standard costing system ownership. Analyze manufacturing and cost data, support local finance operations, maintain SOX controls, and identify process improvements while collaborating with operations and other facilities.

Drives North American market penetration and account growth for Flowserve’s industrial vacuum solutions. Develops market-entry and expansion strategies, targets new customers, manages key accounts, supports product and acquisition opportunities, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams. Provides market intelligence, sales guidance, training, reporting, and customer support while promoting medium-high and rough vacuum pumping solutions across industrial applications.
