Lead projects from initiation through closure, managing budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, quality, compliance, and change requests. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Develop project plans, guide teams, drive continuous improvement, and align project outcomes with business objectives.

Implements refinery process advisory and digital twin solutions for global customers. Reviews technical documents, configures Azure-based applications, creates and modifies steady-state process models and KPI calculations, performs QA/QC, troubleshoots digital twin applications, configures customer portal screens and reports, installs software, and collaborates with technical services and stakeholders on customer releases.

Leads global operational technology strategy, optimization, governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and lifecycle management across manufacturing sites. Oversees MES, SCADA, PLC, data historian, and enterprise system integration to improve plant reliability and smart manufacturing. Manages multidisciplinary teams, M&A infrastructure and security, OT budgets, KPIs, investments, and cross-functional partnerships while ensuring operational stability, regulatory compliance, and measurable business value.

Defines, develops, and deploys data and analytics solutions supporting business decisions. Partners with data, IT, governance, and functional teams to establish strategies, KPIs, reporting, data quality practices, and analytics initiatives, including AI/ML applications. Manages project budgets, timelines, resources, prioritization, and stakeholder communications while training users and influencing senior executives.

Supports sheet manufacturing engineering projects by learning technical documentation, executing project plans and deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and driving continuous improvement. The role involves DCS, QCS, web inspection, and continuous web solutions across industrial manufacturing markets. Work is split between field and office environments in Duluth, Georgia, with travel exceeding 50% after training.

Manage and grow strategic customer relationships for 3–4 key accounts, meet sales quotas, lead account planning and Greenfield pursuits, coordinate internal resources, assess customer needs, and negotiate high-value contracts while ensuring safety and company processes are followed.

Manage and grow key customer accounts for Honeywell Building Automation by building relationships, executing account plans, identifying new cloud-based Connected Solutions opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting strategic insights to senior management to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Leads global strategic sourcing and product cost-reduction initiatives, including should-cost analysis, cost modeling, benchmarking, productivity savings, and total cost of ownership improvements. Partners with engineering, product, operations, finance, quality, and supply chain teams during product development and lifecycle activities. Manages supplier and commodity risks, supports design-to-cost and value engineering, ensures compliance and sustainability, and leads employee development and team-building efforts.

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and operate distributed cloud-based systems and event-driven services. Manage Linux and Windows virtual machines, infrastructure and configuration as code, container orchestration, monitoring, service-level objectives, reliability, security, capacity, performance, and cost. Participate in code reviews, Agile development, on-call support, vulnerability response, automation, technical training, and operational process improvement.
