Validate and improve product quality for DCS-based industrial automation products by defining test topologies, planning/executing automated and simulated validation, collaborating with systems engineers on non-functional requirements, driving process improvements, reviewing post-release defects, and proposing new tools and solutions.

Lead regional sales for UOP across Asia Pacific, driving bookings, pipeline growth, forecasts in SFDC, account planning, C-suite engagement, solution/value selling, talent development, channel management, and cross-functional product and market initiatives to meet revenue targets.

Lead engineering delivery of electronic security projects (CCTV, access control, intruder detection, intercom, integrations). Manage scope, budget, schedule, QA, stakeholder coordination, subcontractors, and ensure designs meet Australian and international standards and health & safety requirements.
