Leads Honeywell’s Americas Value Engineering and Component Engineering process engineering team. Responsibilities include delivering margin and productivity targets, benchmarking and optimizing end-to-end processes, driving automation and digitization, leading strategic initiatives with factories, managing engineers, coaching leaders, developing succession plans, and establishing training programs. The role requires extensive value and component engineering experience, industrial knowledge, hardware and software expertise, process improvement capabilities, and strong global leadership skills.

Leads quality assurance and continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing environment. Develops, validates, sustains, and improves automated and manual electronic assembly and PCBA manufacturing processes. Leads NPI, process validation, equipment qualification, documentation, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, automation, inspection, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Uses manufacturing data and statistical methods to improve yield, quality, reliability, throughput, and cost. Collaborates with cross-functional and global teams, supports capital projects and suppliers, maintains compliance and traceability controls, and mentors engineering and production personnel in a fully onsite factory environment.

Develop and execute customer marketing strategies, targeted campaigns, and personalized customer journeys. Analyze market and customer data, manage marketing reporting and spend forecasting, monitor campaign performance, and drive lead conversion into pipeline and revenue. Collaborate with sales and product teams, manage CRM and marketing automation tools, mentor team members, and oversee external vendors and agencies.

Designs and delivers scalable enterprise software, cloud services, full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems for connected IoT products. Leads architecture and technical design, develops Azure cloud-native solutions, drives testing and CI/CD quality practices, troubleshoots complex integrations, and collaborates across hardware, firmware, cybersecurity, systems, quality, and product teams. Mentors engineers and advances software engineering practices for Honeywell’s Fire and Life Safety portfolio.

Leads complex global Legal Transformation programs from strategy through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. Establishes governance, project plans, decision rights, risk management, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, and change-management strategies. Coordinates cross-functional workstreams involving Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Communications. Develops legal operating models, financial discipline, performance metrics, playbooks, and scalable project-management standards while advising senior leadership and driving measurable operational improvements.

Leads the design, implementation, optimization, and operational delivery of enterprise talent processes. Serves as a subject matter expert for talent systems, partners with HRIT and stakeholders on digital solutions, applies AI and process improvement methods, manages projects and change initiatives, analyzes talent data, and develops training and communications to drive adoption.

Manage regional PAVA sales strategy, pipeline development, strategic accounts, channel and customer relationships, partner appointments, forecasting, competitive monitoring, and growth initiatives. Develop annual sales plans, train clients and partners, coordinate technical resources, secure product specifications with consulting engineers, manage quotes in NEX, and collaborate with customer service to support order fulfillment and revenue targets.

Owns global techno-commercial proposal estimation and submission for field instrumentation products. Collaborates with sales managers, account managers, sourcing teams, and customers to understand requirements, select appropriate hardware, software, equipment, and services, prepare standardized proposals, handle technical queries, maintain proposal logs, and provide cost information using CPQ. The role supports industrial automation sales across oil and gas and other verticals.
