Leads automotive programs from development through production and closure, managing project plans, cross-functional teams, budgets, profitability, quality, technical requirements, schedules, risks, and corrective actions. The role requires strong automotive program management expertise, financial oversight, leadership, analytical decision-making, and knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and DFMEA.

Manage forecasting tools (CampFire), coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, analyze market/opportunity data (IHS), and produce periodic product financials and performance reviews to drive strategic decisions.

Develop and deliver electrical controls, programming, testing, traceability, and automation systems for manufacturing assembly equipment. Define vendor specifications, support equipment qualification, installation, plant startup, validation, PPAP readiness, pilot runs, and cell handoff. Work with PLCs, LabVIEW, Visual Basic, CAN/LIN communications, and PCBA calibration. The role requires extensive travel to vendors and plants, technical problem solving, project coordination, and quality improvement activities.

Supports vehicle technology projects through requirements gathering, project sizing, technology and systems architecture selection, component integration, software architecture definition, and system-level integration. The role also contributes to departmental process development, methods and tools discussions, and critical project analysis. Candidates must have an engineering bachelor's degree, embedded software development experience, advanced English proficiency, and reside near Campinas for on-site work.
