The Account Executive, Mid-Market at Atlassian is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment. This includes prospecting and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic programs within the CTO Strategic Initiatives team, including managing Engineering onboarding and early careers programs, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and achieving program KPIs across various initiatives.

Oversee a sales team dedicated to acquiring and managing mid-market customers in DACH, develop and implement sales strategies, foster relationships with key accounts, and achieve revenue targets. Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers, provide mentorship, set performance goals, recruit new Account Executives, collaborate with internal teams, analyze sales data, and stay informed about industry trends.
