The Senior Partner Manager focuses on growing Atlassian's partner business in the Benelux market by managing relationships, driving subscription sales, and collaborating with key functions to ensure partner success.

Design, build, and operate backend services for data-heavy, distributed systems. Work with JVM languages, event streaming (Kafka/Kinesis/Flink/SQS), and multi-cloud infrastructure to deliver resilient, high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines. Own features end-to-end, write high-quality code, and collaborate across teams to drive delivery and platform improvements.

Lead and scale an SMB sales team, owning the SMB revenue number from pipeline to close. Build repeatable motions, playbooks, and coaching cadences. Recruit and develop reps, drive forecasting and pipeline discipline, and partner with Marketing, CS, and RevOps to optimize conversion, retention, and expansion.

Design and build backend services for data-heavy, distributed systems using JVM languages. Work with event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, SQS, Flink), CDC patterns, and multi-cloud infrastructure to deliver resilient, high-throughput, low-latency pipelines. Own system reliability, drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver high-quality solutions.

Design, build, and optimize scalable, resilient backend storage systems on AWS. Develop distributed storage services, APIs, and automation (IaC, CI/CD). Drive performance tuning, cost optimization, security, observability, incident response, and mentor engineers to improve reliability and scalability.

Provide commercial legal support for Northern (and occasionally Southern) Europe: draft, review, and negotiate enterprise cloud, license, and partner agreements; advise sales and cross-functional teams on contract, privacy (GDPR), and risk issues; develop training and sales enablement materials; and contribute to process improvement projects.

As an Account Executive, you will develop territory plans, build relationships with stakeholders, close complex deals, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer success.
