Lead and grow Nike's India-based observability engineering organization, define global observability strategy, scale enterprise observability platforms (metrics, logs, traces), enforce instrumentation and telemetry best practices, drive incident management and operational excellence using PagerDuty/ServiceNow/AIOps, and partner with global Platform, SRE, Cloud, and Product teams to improve reliability and operational maturity.
