Manage and operationalize Demand Gen campaigns: project management, cross-functional coordination, QA of ads/email/landing pages, tracking and reporting, maintain calendars and documentation, improve repeatable processes, and surface risks to ensure timely launches and performance optimization.

Coordinate agent marketing and branding projects end-to-end: manage processes and vendor relationships, support design delivery, develop multi-channel marketing plans, track and analyze campaign results, create regional social assets and email content, and drive adoption of Compass platform tools while providing high-quality client/account service.

Lead and coordinate multiple M&A integration workstreams, manage stakeholder communications and weekly status meetings, identify and escalate blockers, and support data analysis and playbook refinement to ensure smooth integration of brokerages into Compass.
