We are actively seeking a Senior Associate for our M&A Integration Team to support the execution of mergers and acquisitions. • Coordinate the delivery of pre-defined workplans, identifying additional requirements, blockers and increasing the visibility of issues.
  • Build relationships across the organization and with seller teams, and ensure all stakeholders stay on track to deliver what is best for the integration and for the broader organization.
  • Implement solutions for defined business problems with guidance and refinement, and seek help escalating when necessary.
  • Build and improve upon Standard Operating Procedures (‘SOPs’) to standardize and optimize pre-defined processes to support continuous improvement.
  • Inform regional stakeholders on integration processes, working with guidance to influence decisions in their market.
  • Assist in maintaining the Integration Playbook and project plans for the deals you support.
  • Manage and lead weekly integration status meetings, coordinate appropriate stakeholder attendance, and drive detailed discussions.
  • Identify blockers in real time, increase visibility of issues, and seek guidance for implementation and escalation.
  • Deliver on team projects and goals to ensure we are meeting objectives.
  • Support data and analytics for M&A Integration.
