Manage trim design and processes for a seating business unit, leading trim product development, design reviews, DFMEA, tooling release, and PLM/TPDM data. Lead end-to-end payroll for Mexico, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with Mexican labor, tax, social security, INFONAVIT, AFORE, and CFDI requirements. Manage payroll team and external vendors, maintain controls and audit readiness, partner with HR/Finance/Tax/Legal, drive system governance and process improvements, and support month-end accounting and reconciliations.

Manage time and attendance data in AGIRH, verify anomalies, process overtime and absences, prepare payroll reports, update HR records, verify supporting documents, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Conduct quality assurance support, analyze data for continuous improvement, develop inspection methods, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The Plant Controller manages plant financial performance, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accurate accounting, budgeting, and compliance in an automotive manufacturing environment.
