Position Overview
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, our future HR Specialist will have as missions to :
- Time data collection - Gather attendance sheets, badge records, timesheets, or manual declarations.
- Time entry - Record regular hours, overtime, breaks, on-call duty, and travel time.
- Anomaly checks - Identify late arrivals, unexcused absences, missing badge entries, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
- Error correction - Adjust data after validation by managers.
- Final validation - Lock time records for payroll processing.
- AGIRH anomaly control - Identify and correct missing badge entries, duplicates, scheduling errors, or time inconsistencies.
- Overtime management - Monitor and process overtime hours in accordance with company rules.
- Absence tracking - Manage leave, sick days, workplace accidents, permissions, and lateness.
- HR data updates - Maintain and update contractual and working time data in the AGIRH system.
- Supporting documents verification - Check medical certificates, leave requests, and official documents.
- Preparation of monthly payroll reports - Compile and prepare HR data for payroll processing.
- Coordination with team leaders - Escalate anomalies, request validations, and clarify specific situations.
- AGIRH configuration - Set up working schedules, shift cycles, employee profiles, and calculation rules.
- Compliance with legal requirements - Ensure adherence to labor regulations regarding working time, rest periods, overtime, and safety.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources / management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in HR tools - AGIRH, Excel
- Data analysis skills - Ability to understand discrepancies, identify anomalies, and verify inconsistencies.
- Understanding of HR rules and regulations - Overtime, working time arrangements, breaks.
- Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations
- Ability to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
