The Tax Manager oversees U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, reporting, planning, and transactional matters. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing partnership, S corporation, individual, and foreign entity filings; analyzing transactions and entity structures; supporting audits; conducting tax research; coordinating external advisors; and improving tax processes. The role requires strong partnership-tax expertise, collaboration with Accounting and Finance, and management of multiple deadlines and projects.

Manage day-to-day headquarters operations for more than 100 employees and guests, including space planning, vendors, office equipment, events, budgets, supplies, shipping, onboarding support, and physical safety and security coordination. The role also supports construction projects, travel administration, emergency preparedness, branded merchandise, office procedures, and supervision of the Office Administration team.

Leads QA/QC for data center construction projects, including reviewing specifications and submittals, inspecting mechanical and electrical installations, managing non-conformances, coordinating audits and commissioning, maintaining quality records, and reporting project quality performance. Collaborates with contractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams while promoting compliance, corrective action, continuous improvement, and safe project turnover.

Supports QA/QC programs for on-site data center construction projects. Performs inspections of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, cabling, HVAC, power, and fire protection systems; verifies compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and standards; tracks deficiencies and corrective actions; prepares quality plans, checklists, test plans, and reports; supports audits, FATs, FWTs, commissioning, and turnover while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, design and deliver technical, operational, compliance, onboarding, and leadership development programs. Creates training materials, facilitates in-person and virtual instruction, manages LMS records and vendors, evaluates learning outcomes, and supports change initiatives. The role initially serves Data Center Operations and may expand to construction, EHS, and IT groups.

Designs and maintains physical fiber-optic infrastructure across data centers, campuses, metro, and long-haul networks. Responsibilities include route design, construction drawings, pathway planning, site surveys, utility and contractor coordination, technical specifications, GIS and asset record management, construction support, and acceptance testing. The role ensures fiber, splice, pathway, termination, and as-built records are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with approved designs.

Plans and coordinates telecom infrastructure projects from design and permitting through construction, testing, turnover, and closeout. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, permits, documentation, outages, and multidisciplinary stakeholders. Ensures telecom and fiber installations are safe, compliant, operationally ready, and supported by complete turnover packages. The role requires technical infrastructure project management experience, telecom or critical-infrastructure delivery expertise, strong project controls, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and submittals.

Provides desk-side, phone, remote, and site IT support for data center teams, vendors, and support personnel. Installs and configures Microsoft, cloud, networking, and endpoint technologies; diagnoses and resolves technical issues; maintains systems, backups, networks, and mobile devices; manages equipment purchasing and upgrades; documents repairs in Zendesk; supports ISO 27001 policies; and provides user training and on-call support.

Manages accounting operations for large-scale data centers, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, tenant billing, invoices, lender draw packages, tax filings, audits, ledger maintenance, and 1099 processing. Delegates responsibilities and trains junior staff while supporting corporate transactions and operational teams. Requires collaboration with property management, vendors, tenants, lenders, and executives, along with occasional site and business travel.

Lead accounting and finance functions for a growing real estate portfolio, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, HUD compliance, audits, capital markets coordination, cash flow and liquidity planning, due diligence for acquisitions, process improvements, and development of a high-performing accounting team.
