Lead strategic planning and execution for the finance division: develop and monitor strategic objectives, build and maintain complex financial and operational models, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, produce insights and formal business plans, track progress via balanced scorecard, support enterprise initiatives, and supervise/coaching junior team members while communicating findings to senior leadership.

Lead electrical design for construction projects, interfacing with clients, mentoring junior staff, producing detailed drawings/models, managing projects through bidding, permitting and construction, providing value engineering and ensuring code-compliant, high-quality electrical documentation.

Support electrical design for large-scale projects by modeling electrical and mechanical systems, performing photometric studies and electrical calculations, applying code knowledge (light, power, telecom, fire alarm), and coordinating with Revit/CADD technicians to ensure constructability and quality.

Provide project finance support including project setup and maintenance, billing tracking and AR coordination, change order processing, cost transfers, budget updates, analytics and ad-hoc reporting, and cross-team issue resolution to support project lifecycle and closeout.

Create accurate electrical CADD/BIM drawings for large-scale projects, prepare and manage external xrefs, collaborate with engineers and project teams, ensure compliance with NEC, and support prefab modeling and quality standards.

Collaborate with VDC project managers to produce accurate mechanical coordination and installation plans, create high-quality BIM drawings, prepare external mechanical project documents, and meet project standards and deliverables.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects; manage scope, schedule, budget, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; use AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and PM tools; promote safety and mentor team members.
