About the Position
The BIM Specialist at Power Design is a team player who collaborates with VDC Project Managers and other members of the preconstruction team to create innovative, detailed, installation construction plans for large-scale projects.
Position Responsibilities
Work with project teams to produce accurate and cost-effective mechanical coordination plans in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Communicate and collaborate with VDC project management and the VDC team to create high quality drawings that meet project standards, milestones, and deliverables.
Work with and prepare external documents for mechanical projects.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
A design and draft modeling individual who takes the time to do things right and focuses on what’s important in an ever-changing environment.
At least two years of BIM experience working with modeling programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Fabrication CADMEP, as well as 3D modeling experience is preferred but not required.
A perfectionist who is obsessed with quality and has general mechanical knowledge.
Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English, as this role requires communication with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
Having a US Visa will be a plus, as there will be travel to the U.S. for onboarding, training, and team building.
