Provides day-to-day HR administration for approximately 15 employees, including records, attendance, leave, onboarding, payroll coordination, labour compliance, health checks, and recruitment support. Processes supplier, salary, and bonus payments; monitors bank balances; prepares reports; organizes expenses and accounting documentation; and liaises with external accounting, payroll, labour, and social insurance specialists. Supports the Japan management team and communicates HR and finance matters to UK Headquarters.

Conduct outbound prospecting, identify semiconductor and electronic component procurement needs, arrange customer meetings, prepare proposals, and build long-term relationships and revenue. Coordinate with overseas offices and suppliers, communicate in basic English, and travel to customer sites approximately one to two times per week as needed.

Leads plastic product design and VAVE engineering, including CAD development, tolerance and process analysis, DFM and FA reporting, mold trials, injection molding process development, design verification, BOM and PDM documentation, customer technical discussions, manufacturing support, and mentoring junior engineers. Supports quoting, risk resolution, supplier collaboration, NPI, production releases, and cross-functional project execution.

The Assembly Engineer will introduce new products, provide technical support during production, improve efficiency, and handle quality issues. Responsibilities include managing assembly processes, training staff, analyzing production issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: source candidates, conduct interviews, present candidates to hiring managers, negotiate offers, maintain ATS data, build pipelines, represent company at recruiting events, and improve recruitment processes while ensuring positive candidate experience.

Lead and deliver enterprise-level operational projects for internal or external customers. Build and align cross-functional teams, manage schedules, KPIs, scope, cost, risk, and stakeholder communications, drive continuous improvement, and ensure project acceptance.

Provide administrative and procurement support: maintain purchase orders and records, process and expedite orders, assist buyers and RFQs, enter purchase orders, support sales/repair requests, and complete procurement projects while following quality policies.

Provides independent HR support across employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, leave and accommodation administration, benefits, compensation, policy interpretation, manager coaching, HRIS reporting, and workforce analytics. Partners with leaders to ensure legally compliant employment practices, mitigate organizational risk, support workforce planning, and improve employee experience. Conducts orientations and exit interviews, maintains employment records, supports audits, and contributes to strategic HR initiatives at an on-site manufacturing facility.

Leads complex customs, export control, logistics compliance, and trade governance activities. Conducts audits, transaction reviews, classification and licensing assessments, sanctions screening, and regulatory due diligence. Maintains audit-ready documentation, supports inspections and corrective actions, advises cross-functional stakeholders, develops compliance procedures and controls, and delivers site training. Requires strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs special procedures, export licensing, Vietnam regulations, and multinational operations.

Leads a customer business unit and workcell across operational, financial, and strategic functions. Owns P&L performance, customer relationships, contract negotiations, pricing, RFPs, revenue growth, QBRs, and continuous improvement. Manages direct reports, supports site strategic planning, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives customer satisfaction and performance metrics across potentially multiple sites or customers. Requires strong manufacturing, supply chain, financial, leadership, negotiation, and customer-management capabilities.
