Leads a team of business travel consultants, overseeing coaching, performance, service-level adherence, escalations, customer relationships, and process improvements. Manages operational metrics, conducts root cause analysis, supports hiring and onboarding, presents performance results to the customer’s Travel Manager, and fosters team engagement. Requires extensive contact-center leadership and travel-industry experience, knowledge of Sabre or Amadeus, CRM and contact-center technology familiarity, and flexibility for non-traditional shifts.

Drive net-new enterprise SaaS sales across EMEA: prospect strategic accounts, develop deal strategies, sell to C-level stakeholders, negotiate contracts, run in-territory campaigns, and manage forecasting and pipelines in Salesforce.

Build and operate reliable production platforms and AI-integrated services. Improve observability, automate toil, troubleshoot AI provider/API issues, implement IaC, and support on-call incident response tied to SLOs.

Lead and develop a team of 6–8 Enterprise Associate Account Executives, coach through all sales stages, shadow calls, monitor performance via CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, and define progression criteria for reps advancing to senior sales roles.
