Lead and grow a Site Reliability Engineering team to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of a global SaaS platform. Define reliability strategy, build observability and automation, run incident response and post-incident reviews, manage on-call and follow-the-sun operations, partner with Product and Engineering, and drive reliability improvements, capacity planning, hiring, and reporting to leadership.

Lead and grow the DevOps team to maintain cloud products, databases, and services. Prioritize engineering and operational work, drive automation, monitoring, security remediation, KPIs, and roadmaps. Collaborate across functions, report system performance, and participate in on-call support.

Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes container platforms using IaC (Terraform). Automate infrastructure with Go/Python/Java, improve observability, troubleshoot production systems, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Lead client implementation and onboarding of the Culture Cloud, guide customers through program setup, demonstrate software, resolve setup issues, build client relationships, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, share best practices, and contribute to process improvements to ensure successful program launches and ongoing engagement.

Lead and develop a team of 5–10 engineers to deliver secure, scalable platform services and APIs. Partner with product and cross-functional teams to plan, operate, and modernize cloud-native distributed systems, driving observability, automation, incident response, security, and technical debt reduction.

Lead and establish a Product Content discipline embedded in Product Experience. Define product language systems, governance, voice/tone, naming, localization, accessibility, and AI-readiness. Partner with product, design, engineering, marketing, and research to improve onboarding, notifications, workflows, and platform communication. Mentor teams, set standards, drive consistency, and embed content strategy in product planning to increase usability, adoption, trust, and scalability.
