Lead AI platform and evaluation efforts to prototype, validate, and launch agentic and generative AI features for Lucid's visual collaboration products, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and product teams to build scalable foundations, experimentation, and evaluation practices.

Lead AI product strategy and platform evaluation for generative and agentic features. Partner with engineering, design, and data science to prototype, validate, and launch scalable AI capabilities, improve experimentation and evaluation practices, and translate customer insights into trustworthy visual AI experiences.

Support users by troubleshooting technical and billing issues, escalating and tracking workflows, writing Help Center and community content, monitoring user metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product and support processes. Engage customers via email, process refunds/cancellations, and translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance.

Own expansion within large enterprise accounts: drive growth via renewals and new opportunities, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, mentor BDRs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Travel 1-3 weeks per quarter.

Support and scale Lucid's channel sales program by designing and automating partner workflows, managing reseller transactions, maintaining partner data in Salesforce, coordinating onboarding and contracts, analyzing reseller performance, and delivering ad hoc analyses to senior leadership to drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Support and scale Lucids channel partner program by owning reseller transaction workflows, maintaining partner data in Salesforce, onboarding and contracting partners, automating processes using AI/tools, and delivering reseller performance analysis and ad hoc business insights to leadership.

Support and scale Lucid's partner/channel program by designing and automating workflows, managing reseller transactions, maintaining partner data in Salesforce, coordinating partner onboarding and contracting, analyzing reseller performance, and executing ad hoc analyses to uncover growth opportunities.

Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and CX to analyze data, identify opportunities, build dashboards, run experiments, and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive business growth and operational improvements.

Lead product strategy and execution for visual collaboration features by aligning cross-functional teams, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, owning the lifecycle from ideation to launch, prioritizing roadmaps for business impact, optimizing KPIs through data-driven iteration, and partnering with design and engineering on technical trade-offs and user experience.
