Define technical strategy, remove platform bottlenecks, improve observability, traffic shaping, and reliability engineering. Manage and develop Team Leaders, own incident practices, and drive end-to-end reliability programs.

Build backend services and customer-facing platforms for real-time AI voice agents. Responsibilities include designing low-latency audio pipelines, agent orchestration, telephony and third-party integrations, productionizing AI research prototypes, and owning architecture, code quality, observability, reliability, and performance.

Research and develop novel deep learning architectures, NLP algorithms, conversational AI agents, and reasoning systems. Build methods for structured goal representation, adaptive agent policies, and decision-tracing tools across large conversation datasets. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy research into scalable production AI systems, while leading technical initiatives and advancing Harmony’s conversational AI vision.

Build AI-native products and features from concept through deployment and monitoring. Develop full-stack applications, make architectural decisions, partner with product and design, and improve reliability, scalability, performance, and engineering standards across new ventures. Integrate LLMs and modern AI technologies while rapidly iterating based on user feedback.
