Develops consumer credit and lending market research, statistical analyses, and business intelligence. Translates complex findings into strategic recommendations and executive presentations for TransUnion leadership and external financial-services clients. Leads consulting engagements, manages multiple analytical projects, partners with sales and business development, and presents findings in English and Spanish. Collaborates with statisticians, data scientists, modelers, and industry experts to identify market trends and opportunities.

Analyze and improve data ingestion processes, data quality, reporting standards, and operational performance. Validate loading statistics, cleanse data, resolve inconsistencies, execute testing, track project milestones, document procedures, and coordinate data requirement changes with business, technology, supplier, and client stakeholders. Develop metrics and reports, support reporting entities, and implement data solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and service quality.

Lead U.S. Compliance Advisory strategy and operations, provide senior risk-based regulatory guidance across product, sales and operations, oversee regulatory change implementation, issue management, exam response, policy governance, and build/coach a compliance team in a matrixed environment.

Develop product positioning, differentiation, messaging, go-to-market strategies, launch materials, sales enablement content, web content, and thought leadership. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to expand solutions internationally, simplify technical details, support market-facing activities, and enable sales teams. The role requires B2B product marketing experience, successful product launch leadership, revenue-focused messaging, and international market experience.
