Team Overview
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Pricing, the Senior Director, Deal Execution leads TransUnion’s global deal execution function, overseeing pricing decisions and commercial outcomes for the company’s largest customers across the U.S. and seven international regions. This highly visible leadership role manages a globally distributed team of 15+ associates and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, pricing performance, customer retention, and commercial excellence through strategic deal structuring, pricing governance, and execution. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Lead TransUnion’s global Deal Execution function, driving pricing outcomes, commercial strategy execution, and revenue growth across U.S. and international markets.
- Manage and develop a team of 15+ associates, including regional leaders across seven international regions and the U.S., fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and measurable business impact.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Finance, Regional Presidents, and Pricing leadership to deliver optimal pricing strategies and commercial outcomes for TransUnion’s most strategic customers.
- Oversee large deal support, pricing governance, pricing committee activities, and bid/deal desk processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and strong financial performance.
- Lead enterprise-wide price increase initiatives, including both broad-based and targeted campaigns, driving substantial revenue growth and price realization across global markets.
- Develop and standardize pricing frameworks, commercial toolkits, governance models, and best practices that can be leveraged consistently across regions and solution areas.
- Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for pricing initiatives while monitoring business outcomes related to revenue growth, retention, win rates, pricing effectiveness, and deal performance.
- Influence senior stakeholders across a complex matrixed organization, balancing regional, solution, and functional priorities to drive alignment and execution.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic opportunities that improve pricing capabilities, optimize commercial performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as a thought leader and champion for pricing excellence, continuously advancing capabilities, methodologies, and approaches across the global organization.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial pricing, revenue management, deal strategy, or related disciplines within a B2B environment, with demonstrated ownership of pricing outcomes and commercial performance.
- Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams within large, complex matrix organizations, including responsibility for senior leaders and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience within data, analytics, information services, technology, financial services data, or similarly complex B2B industries where pricing and commercial strategies drive material business impact.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Finance, Solutions, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, establish best practices, and influence organizational change across multiple regions and business units.
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or other advanced business degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant pricing leadership experience will also be considered.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in B2B pricing strategy, commercial deal structuring, pricing governance, and revenue optimization methodologies.
- Strong financial analysis, business modeling, KPI development, and performance measurement capabilities used to support pricing and commercial decisions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for pricing analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
- Experience leveraging business intelligence and analytics platforms, including Power BI or similar visualization tools, to evaluate commercial performance and support decision-making.
- Strong executive communication, presentation development, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global organizations.

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan.
