Support multi-site aerospace programs by building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, establishing cost/schedule baselines, performing EVM analysis, tracking budgets/forecasts/EACs, reporting program performance, managing baseline change control, identifying cost/schedule risks and opportunities, driving process/tool improvements, and mentoring junior specialists.

Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, planning, and data-quality improvements while influencing system and process enhancements.

Lead development and execution of mechanical component and system testing for life support and environmental control systems. Design and build test rigs, run qualification and development tests, collect and analyse DAQ data, document results, support design reviews and fault diagnosis, and ensure test facilities meet HS&E and customer requirements.

Lead electrical design and R&D for quantum and optical aerospace sensors. Design, model, fabricate, and test mixed-signal, RF, and embedded circuitry; debug experimental setups; collaborate with physicists; and lead junior engineers.

Design and verify analog and digital circuits for high-performance accelerometers from architecture through detailed design and testing. Perform simulations, data analysis, define and execute test procedures, present design reviews, report status, drive new product development to schedule and budget, and support factory RCCA activities while collaborating with mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams.

Lead product portfolio management, data enrichment, lifecycle stage governance, and process compliance. Provide analytics and insights using BI and enterprise data systems, drive cross-functional projects, mentor team members, and support offering ideation and market assessment.

Lead global growth strategy and execution for Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions across defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets. Identify and capture opportunities in EW, radar, RF, mission computing, and AI-enabled systems; drive cross-functional pursuits, partner with product and offering teams, build pipelines to meet AOP and multi-year strategic plans, expand international and commercial presence, and develop a high-performing growth organization.

Lead architectural design and development of complex software systems, provide technical guidance to engineering teams, drive prototyping and innovation, define scalable architectures, mitigate risks with data-driven decisions, champion development best practices, and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders to meet reliability and performance goals.
