Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the design and development of advanced software solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to a team of software engineers
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define software architecture and requirements
  • Drive innovation and ensure the scalability and performance of software systems
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and make datadriven decisions to keep projects on track
  • Champion best practices in software development and integration
  • Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development
  • Mastery level knowledge in design principles, architectural patterns, and coding standards
  • Expert in multiple programming languages and technologies
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and lead indirect reports by influence

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
